Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of the tour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the day of the tour will result in a 100% charge being incurred. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
